Bianca Road Brew Co and Crown & Queue present an evening of cured meat & beer located in Bermondsey, London.


On Thursday 7th July from 7pm we host our friends, Crown & Queue (from just down the road!) at our Bermondsey Tap Room in South London.

Crown & Queue Meats, created in 2014 produce incredible dry cured sausages & prepared meats showcasing foods that are grown, reared, brewed and conceived of right here in London, England. Bianca Road Brew Co opened it’s doors in 2016 and create a range of styles in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way!

You’ll be guided through 6 meats & 5 beers by our beer & cured meat experts in a tasting extravaganza. You’ll be able to ask questions and you’ll be filled with tons of beer & meat knowledge about the making and brewing processes involved, flavour profiles & tasting notes, as well as a competition to win products from both businesses.

The tasting will include the following meats & beers, which have been paired lovingly together by our knowledgeable teams!


1) Speciality Pig Sticks made with Bianca Road Brew Co beer!

2) Black Pepper Belly paired with Peaches & Cream Sour – 4.5%

3) Hoghton Loin paired with Amarillo – Single Hop IPA – 4.5%

4) Lamb Tails paired with Hay-Z – Black IPA – 5.5%

5) Mothers Ruin paired with our Lager – 4.8%

6) Martlemass Beef paired with Etna – Chestnut & Honey Stout 7%
